Boomwhackers zijn vrolijk gekleurde plastic buizen, die ieder een andere toonhoogte hebben. Boomwhackers bespeel je door de buizen ergens tegenaan te slaan. Door deze toegankelijke speelwijze duiken boomwhackers op veel verschillende plekken op. Tijdens congressen, op festivals, verjaardagen, teamuitjes, basisscholen en in bejaardenhuizen wordt er steeds vaker muziek op boomwhackers gemaakt. Het lijkt misschien een simpel instrument, maar de grote kracht van de boomwhackers schuilt echter in het feit dat je heel goed met meerdere muzikanten samen moet spelen om een muziekstuk te kunnen uitvoeren.
Al enkele jaren verzorgen wij regelmatig boomwhacker workshops voor bedrijven, scholen, verenigingen en tijdens (familie) feesten. Workshops en energizers zijn mogelijk van 8 tot 500 deelnemers. Neem contact met ons op zodat we de mogelijkheden kunnen bespreken!

Bedankt voor de workshop, de boomwhackers worden door alle klassen meteen al gebruikt, zo enthousiast is iedereen!
Wij hadden afgelopen vrijdag een zéér geslaagde afsluiting van ons koorseizoen! Dank je wel voor jouw aandeel hierin! Leuke workshop, de kinderen hebben er van genoten. De drie kwartier waren in elk geval zó om!

We leveren altijd maatwerk! We sluiten graag inhoudelijk aan bij de gelegenheid waarvoor de workshop georganiseerd wordt. Of het nu de opening van een congres is, een energizer tussen twee lezingen of een teambuildingsdag, vertel ons wat er speelt en wat de thema’s zijn en we laten deze op muzikale wijze nog eens passeren. We maken vol energie en humor muziek met de deelnemers. Ze hoeven hiervoor geen muzikale kennis te hebben. Iedereen kan muziek maken met boomwhackers!
- Workshops verzorgen we voor groepen van 8 tot ongeveer 60 personen. In drie kwartier maken we op een leuke manier kennis met boomwhackers en ervaren we verschillende aspecten van muziek zoals ritme, melodie en akkoorden. Aan het einde van de workshop spelen we een boomwhacker muziekstuk met elkaar.
- Energizers zijn zeer geschikt voor grotere groepen. In 20 minuten brengen we een hoop energie in de groep en laten we iedereen met veel plezier muziek maken. Perfect om een after-lunch-dip te voorkomen. Door even fysiek en muzikaal bezig te zijn krijgen de hersenen een heerlijke oppepper. Iedereen is snel weer klaar en gefocust voor het vervolg van de dag!

De eenvoudige manier van bespelen maakt boomwhackers ook zeer geschikt voor het basisonderwijs. In steeds meer scholen is een set boomwhackers aanwezig. Wij geven boomwhackerworkshops aan leerlingen van groep 1 t/m 8.
Daarnaast geven we trainingen aan leerkrachten over het gebruik van boomwhackers tijdens de muzieklessen. We hebben een e-book ontwikkeld vol met lesbeschrijvingen waarmee elke leerkracht muziekles kan geven. Dit e-book ontvangen alle leerkrachten na de training, zodat ze zelf de volgende dag enthousiast met hun eigen leerlingen aan de slag kunnen.

Voor koren (en orkesten) hebben wij een leuke boomwhackerworkshop waarbij we werken aan samenspel, luisteren naar elkaar, ritmiek en akkoorden. Deze soms nog abstracte begrippen kleuren we in tijdens een workshop van een uur vol humor en ontspanning! Daarnaast krijgen koorleden de kans om te ervaren hoe het is om dirigent van het boomwhackerorkest te zijn.

Een boomwhacker workshop is een leuke activiteit tijdens een verjaardagsfeest. Een gemêleerd gezelschap van familie, vrienden en kennissen gaat aan de slag met boomwhackers en studeert in een uur tijd een muziekstuk in. Ook gasten die geen muziek kunnen lezen of muzikale ervaring hebben kunnen met veel plezier en in korte tijd een muziekstuk instuderen en uitvoeren!
